On Wednesday 21st November, the Memorial of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary,a Day of Reflection was held at the Carmelite Monastery, 94 Stevenson Street, Kew.  Conducted by Rev Fr Anthony Denton, and attended by scores of the faithful, it was a a beautiful opportunity to come apart from the busyness of daily life and spend some time with the Lord.

The program for the day included praying the Rosary, two talks by Fr Denton, Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, opportunity for Confession, Benediction and concluded with the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3 pm.  In the prayerful atmosphere of the beautiful Carmelite chapel on a day of steady, gentle rain, participants found they had much to be thankful for.
